Jordan Rivers is a multidisciplinary storyteller and award-winning creative producer specializing in narrative development for film, television, and theater. Her short films have screened at national festivals with distribution on AMC+, VTV, KweliTV, and OTV. Her producing honors include Best in Illinois at the Blue Whiskey Film Festival, Best Student Short at the George Lindsey Film Festival, two Telly Awards, and Best Producing at the 18th Annual Premiere Film Festival.
She is the author of The Village children’s book series and is currently developing stage and screen adaptations of original and collaborative works. Rivers holds a BA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago and two MFAs—in Creative Writing (Screenwriting) from Full Sail University and in Creative Producing for Television and Film from DePaul University. Her work centers on creative equity, mentorship, and elevating underrepresented voices in storytelling.
