Hey! My name is Daisy Ramirez, and I am a rising junior majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Illustration. Unsurprisingly, I enjoy making art, but I also love music, photography, baking, and so on. Being from Chicago, I’ve enjoyed studying close to home and exploring different parts of the city through my courses. As a first-generation college student, it’s been a journey on navigating university and building up my career without family guidance, but thankfully DePaul offers many workshops and events that I’ve attended in which prioritize helping prepare students for the workforce and ask questions about financial aid.
